E3 (ESCO Employee Engagement)

Engaging ESCO employees and encouraging them to participate in business activities is important to us. We want to make sure our employees are heard and through the E3 Committee, they are. Each team of employees has an E3 representative to keep them aware of activities of the business, and to communicate questions and concerns.

Although we work hard and focus keenly on our projects, there needs to be some fun-time at work as well. In addition to making sure our employees’ voices are heard, E3 works on bringing in some fun and interesting activities, such as cooking classes by a local dietitian, Ping-Pong tournaments at the end of a long workday, and gardening at our Marion headquarters, where employees can plant and care for their own gardens.

Internship Program

The ESCO Group Internship Program doesn’t just sit the interns in a filing room and have them sort through old documentation of projects past. We ask our interns to join us in project work as they learn the industry and work side-by-side with our engineers.
