  • Conducts formal and informal design reviews with management, peers and BDM and supplier manufacturing representatives.
  • Assists in the support of current and legacy products.
  • Performs other duties and assume other responsibilities as required for successful execution of dynamic business plans or as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  • BSEE minimum; MSEE preferred; or related degree
  • Ag background

Required Experience

  • Experience with software intensive electronic monitoring and control devices.
  • History with electrical power management.
  • History working closely with mechanical engineers or crossing over into mechanical engineering duties.

Desired Experience

  • Working experience with both product and supply chain development, product testing/evaluation and subsequent refining, all resulting in successful products now in the marketplace.
