Detailed reports of the as-found and as-left condition of the equipment are provided. Additionally, applicable test descriptions with associated results are provided. Recommendations associated with improvements in equipment reliability and longevity are provided.
As a minimum, NETA testing and commissioning specifications are followed. Test data records are submitted on the latest version of ePowerForm electronic media to ensure consistency and standardized reporting.
