Not only are we committed to providing our employees with healthy, encouraging work environment with all the resources necessary to reach their full potential, but we also like to compliment them with various Employee Events throughout the year. Below is a list of just a few featured events that our employees enjoy.

ESCO Annual Employee Winter Party

We celebrate our employees every year with a grand party held at the Marriott Hotel in Cedar Rapids. Suits, ties, shiny shoes, and the like, all come out of the closet for this one! Dinner, entertainment , dancing, and lots of fun are always on the evening’s agenda. Every employee can bring a guest to this eloquent affair.

Family Night at the Ballpark

When Spring comes and the nights start to warm up, ESCO reserves the Miller Mezzanine at Veterans Memorial Stadium for an evening and invites our employees and their families to attend a baseball game and cheer on the Cedar Rapids Kernels. Both adults and kids have fun at this event!

Employee Golf Outing

As a celebration of our employees and their generous natures when giving to the United Way, ESCO reserves a golf course for an afternoon in mid-September for everyone to hit the greens. An afternoon of golf is followed by several door prizes and a drawing to win a big-screen television!
