Our company culture was established over forty years ago, and continues to grow and mature to this day. We consider ourselves a mid-sized company with that small company appeal.
In an effort to give our employees support and respect we often refer to our group as the ESCO Family. With our Guiding Principles we encourage comradery and strong team work from our employees.
CARE Committee
The ESCO Group is proud of our commitment and devotion to our employees, which we consider to be our most valuable resource. We have empowered our employees to raise areas of identified opportunities for improvement that will enhance a positive employee experience through a peer-based voice. The Committee to Attract and Retain Employees, (CARE) is represented by a group of employees from different work groups and teams throughout our company that work through employee feedback and develop recommendations for improving or resolving those issues. These recommendations are presented to the Board for review. CARE has been an integral part in driving open communication and improvement across all organization and levels.
